MangoFarmEasy provides professional agricultural consultancy, technical guidance and farm-management support to help mango farmers improve orchard productivity, quality, sustainability and profitability.
Minimum Garden Area
MangoFarmEasy Consultancy is provided to Mango Gardens of 5 Acres and Above.
Consultancy Fee
The consultancy fee quoted by MangoFarmEasy is a professional service fee and is payable in advance for the selected service or agreed consultancy period.
The consultancy fee covers the professional expertise, farm assessment, technical recommendations, planning, monitoring, advisory support and supervision specifically included in the selected service/package.
Initial Launch Service Prices
Starting with a minimum farm size of 5 Acres
MODEL 1 — CONSULTANCY ONLY
Per Acre / Per Crop Year
- Minimum ₹10,000 for 5 Acres
- ₹2,000 per additional acre after the first 5 acres.
MODEL 2 — CONSULTANCY + SUPERVISION
+ Actual Expenses
Prepaid consultancy fee + separately billed actual expenses.
MODEL 3 — COMPLETE FARM MANAGEMENT
Please refer to the listed services section and the Model MOU in this portal.
- This offer is applicable only after MangoFarmEasy has a prior MOU with the farmer and his garden.
- Subject to availability of reliable local labour networks and established input procurement systems.

Labour & Input Costs
The following costs are not included in the consultancy fee unless specifically mentioned in the quotation:
- Farm labour and harvesting labour
- Tractor and other machinery charges
- Fertilizers and micronutrients
- Chemical or biological pest and disease-control inputs
- Organic/natural farming inputs
- Irrigation-related materials and services
- Packing and post-harvest materials
- Transportation and other incidental expenses
Such expenses shall be borne by the farmer and shall be payable at the actual prevailing rates in the respective local area, based on the quantity and services actually required.
Important Note
Agricultural requirements vary according to orchard age, variety, tree density, soil condition, irrigation facilities, weather, pest and disease incidence, crop load and other field conditions.
Therefore, MangoFarmEasy does not guarantee a fixed cost for labour or agricultural inputs unless specifically agreed in writing.
MangoFarmEasy's professional responsibility is to provide appropriate technical recommendations and supervision within the scope of the selected consultancy service.
The farmer retains responsibility for approving and meeting the actual cost of labour, inputs and other field operations.
